Sales started behind the counter of the family's neighborhood market. Then eight years as programmer and business analyst at Totvs and Tupy, building commercial, logistics and invoicing systems. As co-founder of Sizebay she wrote the first validation algorithm, built the sales process and sold to the first clients, supported the European expansion, then left in a strategic exit. She has built the pipeline AND written the code around it, which is rare and is the point.
The passion: simplicity. Her fight is for the simplest system that works, so the entrepreneur gets the week back.

They founded the same company and took it to three continents.
Sizebay is the shared proof: conceived, validated, sold, funded, and grown into what the press called a global leader in virtual fitting room technology. They opened its European operation in 2019 and the US operation in 2022, when they traded an established, recognized life in Brazil, where each was a reference in their field, for the United States, to expand the company and their own minds. They led that chapter through Sizebay's exit in 2026.
They are becoming Texans now, learning to love this land the way they love their Brazil. Between them, every discipline a company needs to be built, not just advised. When Holybiz talks about company building, it is autobiography, not theory.
